Game play
How to guess
You are presented with a random property, which has all the key features and some property images to help you make an accurate guess. The game timer will start to count down as soon as the details are displayed. You must enter an amount (numbers only) in the "Enter your guess" imput box and click "Enter" to submit your guess.
Game result win
Your guess will be compared to the actual property price and if you guess within 5% higher or lower of the real price you will win a random coloured property card which is worth x100 points (there are four different cards in each colour and eight colours in total).
If you guess outside the 5% correct price band but still within the "winning zone" then you will win points.
Game result failed
If you guess is outside the "winning zone" then you will be slashed points.
Profile
Your profile displays what rank you are as a player compared to other players. It also displays how many points you have in total. Finally you can also see how many coloured property cards you have won.
If you win four of the same coloured property cards, then you are crowned that colour champion.
Leaderboard
All players points total is displayed in the leaderboard.
Marketplace
If you have more than four of the same coloured property cards, those additional cards do not have any points value, so it is advisable to list them. Once listed other players can offer a colour property card you do not yet have or another colour that you do have but don't have four of. You can either accept or reject an offer.

This game version must be played at least once before you can play the "Player Live" version where you can win / get slashed points & win NFTs

A property card will be displayed and a timer. You must guess the price of the property within the time specified.
Guess feedback
Once you've submitted your guess you will get instant feedback.
Winning zone - player wins a number of points
Losing zone - player slashed a number of points for guess outside the winning zone
Win NFT - guess within 1% +/- of actual property price
Collect sets of coloured NFTs
There are eight coloured sets in total... each time a player collects four of the same colour they are crowned that coloured champion. If all eight coloured sets are collected then the player is crowned realXdeal champion and the game ends and new game begins.
Leaderboard
Players can see where they are positioned compared to other players based on their points total.
NFT marketplace
When a player has 5 or more NFTs of the same colour, then they can swap one with another player via the marketplace. List your NFT or make an offer of a swap to build a new coloured collection.
How to win?
Collect four property NFT cards for a single colour to win a championship. Collect all eight sets of four coloured property NFT cards to be crowned realXdeal champion.
